Field Service

ScottTech is dedicated to keeping you up and running, being productive, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We offer a dedicated customer and field service group using a trained nationwide field support staff.

You get the expertise of factory trained and certified Field Service Engineers (FSE's), who have the experience required to maintain your entire system, hardware, software and controls in peak condition.

You have a choice of flexible service plans, so you can choose the coverage that's best suited for you and your system.

• Turnkey Full Service Hardware Support
ScottTech provides all required preventive maintenance, unlimited on-site service calls with guaranteed onsite response times, all needed parts and unlimited access to our Tech Support Hotline during normal business hours, all for one affordable and fixed price.
• Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Service
We perform all necessary preventive maintenance based on your system usage and requirements and provide you with a comprehensive checklist of work performed, as well as recommendations for any needed repairs.
• Remedial Services
Hourly and daily service rates are available whenever repairs or other support is needed.

• Relocation, Installation, De-Installation
Whether you are moving equipment from one location to another, relocating it within the same building or complex, or installing newly purchased or acquired equipment. All work is performed by certified personnel and warranted.

Our experienced FSE's will inspect your system and quantitatively report back to you on current operational and maintenance status. We can also train your personnel at your location, and on your system, with a prepared agenda, to most effectively operate and/or maintain it.
